INNOVATIVE EMPLOYMENT LAW SOLUTIONS

The New Outside Counsel Model

The explosion of Big Law billing rates has forced many employers to choose between expanding their legal budgets or engaging less experienced outside counsel.

Brosky Law provides employers a third option:  outside counsel with significant Big Law experience and expertise, but without the pass-through overhead inherent in the traditional Big Law structure.

During my 17 years as an attorney, with 9 years as a Labor & Employment partner at an Am Law 100 firm, I counseled and defended employers across the country on significant and complex employment issues.  At Brosky Law, I partner with a select client base to offer the same caliber of legal services, with the added benefit of tailoring those services to meet the client’s unique needs.  By embracing a lean service model, Brosky Law is able to provide clients what really matters: high quality, efficient and cost-effective legal work.

For certain substantial matters, Brosky Law offers co-representation services with larger firms to provide clients additional support, expertise and rate relief.
